Bond Returns Carpet Cleaning and Pest Control

We work with a lot of Real Estate businesses in the area and in many cases, we are the preferred contractor to supply carpet cleaning & pest control to their rental properties.

They set very high standards on the condition a property should be returned when the tenant’s lease comes to an end. Evolution can provide the standards of carpet cleaning and pest control that are required to help get your bond back.

We know many tenants will have had pets at the property. To make things a little easier, we offer a combination package which will save you some money compared to an individual price for separate services. See our prices page.

Also, your real estate will ask that you have a Flea treatment as part of the pest control. We include all flea treatments at no extra cost (excluding flea infestation). All paperwork is provided for your real estate. This includes a receipt for payment and a detailed Pest control certificate.
