What do we get for the price?
Value for Money – At Evolution we are committed to each and every customer, We believe in building lasting relationships, working closely together and delivering the best possible service to our clients, producing exceptional results, that will leave your home and office cleaner, fresher and healthier!
THAT’S OUR PROMISE!
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Your carpets will be touch dry and on Average will be dry around 3 – 5 hours after your clean –This will depend on the type of carpet, as wool absorbs 30% of its own body weight compared to synthetics which absorb 10%, and of course the air flow throughout your home. We recommend turning ceiling fans on low and opening windows where possible to assist with the drying times.
When can I walk on the carpets after they are cleaned?
We advise not to walk on them until they are dry. Whilst they are wet, they are like magnets, and will grab any dirt that may come into contact with them.
Are you a franchise?
No. Evolution Carpet & Pest Control are a family owned and operated business. Due to not being franchised based, we don’t have fees to pay, so this helps keep the costs down for you our customers.
Can all stains be removed?
No. Not all stains are removable! We are confident in saying that if we can’t remove the stain, then it is permanent and it is highly unlikely that anyone will be able to remove it without causing more damage to the carpet.
How do our price’s compare to other companies?
We are competitive with our pricing. Our price includes, stain removal (average soiling), free sanitizing and deodorizing. We do not rush our work, and our aim is to produce exceptional results everytime. We use only the best quality detergent pre sprays, and spotter products on your expensive carpet.
When comparing prices bear in mind that our technician’s are all professionally trained and IICRC Accredited. We are the preferred company for many local Real Estate companies (this means our standards meet their standards). There is nothing worse than paying a non accredited company to clean your carpets, and then finding out they don’t come up to the required standard on inspection by Real Estate. Its highly likely that the company you used, wont come back to remedy any issues.
We have many years of experience in the industry, and we only use the best professional equipment, and we are fully insured.
How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
10-12 Months is the recommended time.
Carpet Manufacturers recommend getting the carpets cleaned every 10 – 12 months. Getting your carpets professionally cleaned on a regular basis will help reduce wear and tear, and also help to remove odours, and allergens that are collected naturally in the carpet pile.
Do I need to be home?
No. Our technicians are Police checked and fully insured. Lots of our customers love the fact that we come in and complete the work while they are not home. On arriving at home later that day, the house smells great and the carpets are clean, fresh and healthier. We will leave your house safe and secure on departure.
Do I need to vacuum before the technician arrives?
Yes, it would help our technician’s if the customer could vacuum the required areas to be cleaned and remove any objects off the carpet to allow the maximum area to be cleaned.
Do I need to remove any furniture before the technician arrives?
Yes, If possible. Not everyone has the space to clear an entire room(s), so we can go around items such as beds, Lounge suites, TV units etc. However we will say the more you can remove, then the more we can clean for you.
How can I pay?

All paperwork is provided for you i.e. Receipt of payment, and where applicable a detailed Pest Control certificate.
