A full internal and external pest treatment for the end of lease, including flea control where there’s been a pet, so the property is handed back protected.
Flea treatment
Where there’s been a pet, flea control is a required part of the end-of-lease pest treatment, and is chargeable, from $150 for internal or $250 for internal & external.
Carpet & pest together
Carpet cleaning and pest control booked together in the one visit. The total is the same whether booked separately or together.
Paperwork supplied
A detailed pest control certificate and a receipt for payment, the paperwork your real estate needs.
